Principles, Terms & Conditions

All Shine & Sell Collective™ programs are designed around three core coaching principles:

1. Curiosity & Self-Discovery

2. Strategy & Accountable Action

3. Empathy & Confidentiality

Participants Agree To:

1. Be Coachable — curious, open to feedback, and willing to take aligned action.

2. Default to Best — choosing empathy, humanity, and assuming positive intent within the group.

3. Take Action — understanding that results come from implementation, not passive learning.

Because of the high trust and depth of conversation inside the Shine & Sell Collective™ community, all members agree to maintain a strict confidentiality standard for anything shared within the group.

Access

Access to the training portal, resource library, calls, and community is for active members only. Materials cannot be shared, copied, or accessed by non-members.

Payment & Billing

• Monthly membership renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled with minimum 15 days notice.

• The yearly membership is a one-time upfront payment providing 12 months of access.

• All pricing is in CAD and includes GST.

• Failed payments must be resolved within 72 hours to maintain access.

Cancellation Policy

• Monthly members may cancel with 15 days’ written notice prior to their next billing date.

• Upon cancellation, access to the portal and community is ended immediately.

• No partial refunds are provided for monthly plans.

• Annual plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Coaching Session Rescheduling

(If private coaching is offered at any point.)

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

• Sessions not canceled with 48 hours’ notice, or not used within 7 days of the original date, are forfeited.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to commit to sessions to receive full value.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Purchasing membership grants individual-use only.
Materials may not be:

• shared

• downloaded for distribution

• replicated

• rebranded

• taught in other coaching programs

• used in trainings, workshops, or courses

• used outside the Shine & Sell Collective™ without written permission

Violation of copyright obligations — including sharing another member’s work, content, or screen shares — will result in immediate removal without refund.

Confidentiality, Privacy & Community Standards

Members agree to:

• maintain confidentiality of all discussions and shared materials

• respect the privacy of other participants

• refrain from sharing any screenshots, recordings, or personal details outside the group

• engage respectfully and collaboratively

Breach of confidentiality or member privacy will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Earnings Disclaimer

Examples, case studies, strategies, and testimonials represent possibilities, not guarantees.
Your business results depend on your effort, market factors, and implementation.
You are solely responsible for your business outcomes.

Testimonials

Testimonials shared within the program or on our website are real experiences from actual clients.
They are not guarantees of specific results and are used for illustration only.

Legal Disclaimer

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
