What is the Sprint Session schedule?
Wednesday 11am MST / 1pm EST, each session is 90 minutes long. Each sprint runs for eight weeks. We meet live once per week in a small group working room. The launch for each sprint is announced inside the True North Women of Real Estate Facebook group and by email.
What if I miss a session?
This is a live execution room. Sessions are designed to be attended live so you can work on your real deals and systems in the room. There are recordings available in the Zoom platform (but the recording won't include the confidential small group breakout sessions).
Is this ongoing coaching?
No - each sprint is a focused eight-week working room. You enter, install the systems for that sprint, and leave stronger. You can choose to join future sprints if they are relevant to you, but there is no obligation or membership.
How many people are in each sprint?
Each sprint is limited to 20 participants so everyone gets meaningful attention and real time in the room.
Is this for new agents?
This room is designed for agents who are already in motion and want to run their business with more clarity, confidence, and control. Brand new agents who are still learning the basics may not be a fit.
